Football Game Preview: Salem Hills Skyhawks vs. Bonneville Lakers

The Salem Hills Skyhawks will head out on the road to face off against the Bonneville Lakers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Salem Hills is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 26 points per game this season.

Salem Hills not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 23, 2024 (when they won 48-10). They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Mountain View 42-7. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-0.

Salem Hills' success was spearheaded by the efforts of Treygan Fusselman, who rushed for 148 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.2 yards per carry, and Benjamin Staheli, who rushed for 94 yards and a pair of TDs on only ten carries. Those 148 rushing yards gave Fusselman a new career-high.
