Gardner-Edgerton is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Olathe North 63-35. The Trailblazers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.

The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Syre Padilla and Blaise Adger. Padilla had a great game and rushed for 333 yards and five TDs while picking up 13.9 yards per carry. Meanwhile, Adger was balling out in the loss, rushing for 150 yards and one touchdown, while also picking up 56 receiving yards and one score.

Meanwhile, Shawnee Mission Northwest was able to grind out a solid win over Lawrence Free State on Friday, taking the game 38-31.

Shawnee Mission Northwest's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Gardner-Edgerton, their win bumped their record up to 8-2.
