Basketball Recap: George Washington Prep Takes a Loss

George Washington Prep and Chatsworth squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but George Washington Prep had to settle for second. They lost 81-60 to the Chatsworth Chancellors. The Generals have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second loss in a row.

George Washington Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 22-7. As for Chatsworth, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-15 record this season.

George Washington Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chatsworth, they are taking a road trip to take on Whitney at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Whitney is on a seven-game streak of home wins, Chatsworth a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
