Baseball Recap: Central Fellowship Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Central Fellowship Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 14-1 to the Trinity Christian Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-2 last Tuesday.

Central Fellowship Christian Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Matthew Albritton, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Central Fellowship Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Trinity Christian, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central Fellowship Christian Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Windsor Academy at 4:00 p.m. on April 8. As for Trinity Christian, they will challenge Brentwood at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
