Baseball Recap: Crown Point Comes Up Short

Crown Point and Schroon Lake squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Crown Point had to settle for second. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 14-3. The Panthers' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it eight in a row.

Crown Point's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Schroon Lake, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Crown Point nor Schroon Lake have any future games scheduled.
