Baseball Recap: Adrian Comes Up Short

Adrian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Woodhaven Warriors, falling 10-1. If the Maples were looking for revenge after losing 10-0 to the Warriors when the teams met back in April of 2018, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Adrian now has a losing record of 13-14-1. As for Woodhaven, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 23 of their last 25 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 31-4 record this season.

Adrian will take on Clinton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Woodhaven has already played their next game (against Owosso), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
