Basketball Recap: Cameron Lindemann Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Valley Vista

After losing to Valley Vista the last time they met, Shadow Ridge decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Shadow Ridge Stallions had just enough and edged the Valley Vista Monsoon out 56-54.

Shadow Ridge's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cameron Lindemann, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds. That's the most points Lindemann has posted since back in December of 2024. Jalen Harris was another key player, putting up 12 points and six boards.

Shadow Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 9-12. As for Valley Vista, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-17 record this season.

Shadow Ridge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 55-53 win against Tolleson on the 4th. As for Valley Vista, they have also already played their next matchup, a 68-55 defeat against Apollo on the 6th.
