Walnut Grove fell victim to East Forsyth and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Broncos by a score of 1-0. The Warriors have struggled against the Broncos recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Walnut Grove saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sean Martell, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

East Forsyth moved to 14-9 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Walnut Grove, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-8.
