Football Recap: Mount View Takes a Loss

Mount View fell victim to Wyoming East and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 20-0 to the Warriors. The loss continues a trend for the Golden Knights in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost three in a row.

Mount View's record is now 0-5. As for Wyoming East, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mount View will welcome Summers County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Golden Knights will be up against the Bobcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 47 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Wyoming East, they will be playing in front of their home fans against PikeView at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
