Soccer Recap: Le Lycee Gets the Win

On Friday, the Le Lycee Lions sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Pilibos Eagles.

Le Lycee now has a winning record of 1-0-1. As for Pilibos, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 1-1-1 and their overall record down to 2-2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Le Lycee challenge the Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pilibos, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on de Toledo at 12:45 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
