Softball Recap: Parkview Comes Up Short

Parkview was the 11-1 winner over Grayson when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers came up short against the Rams on Saturday, falling 14-4. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Parkview's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Grayson, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Parkview didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 11-0 loss against Dacula on the 16th. As for Grayson, they are taking a road trip to take on South Gwinnett at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Comets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.75 runs per game on average), something the Rams will no doubt try to take advantage of.
