Football Recap: Brady Casper Leads Casteel's Defense on Friday + How To Watch

After flying high against Helix last Friday, Casteel came back down to earth. The match between the Colts and the Liberty Patriots didn't end well, with the Colts falling 31-13.

Although Casteel took the loss, they still got scores from Brody Smith and Rudy Aguirre.

Even if they lost, Casteel's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. Brady Casper was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two himself.

Liberty's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ezra Sanelivi led the charge by rushing for 83 yards and one TD, while also picking up 31 receiving yards. Sanelivi showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 53 yards.

Casteel's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Liberty, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Casteel wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 54-14 defeat against Hamilton on the 12th. As for Liberty, they have also already played their next game, a 22-6 victory against Desert Pines on the 12th.
