Baseball Recap: Creekside Christian Academy Has No Trouble Against Victory Baptist

Creekside Christian Academy gave up the first runs on Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They blew past the Victory Baptist Warrior 13-3. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won six matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Bryce Mccadden was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Daylen Williams, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 4-for-4.

Creekside Christian Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .483. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in five consecutive games.

Creekside Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Victory Baptist, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-1.

Creekside Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 17-2 victory against Horizon Christian Academy on the 7th. As for Victory Baptist, they will head out to take on Lanier Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
