Lanier Christian Academy's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Dominion Christian 39-0. Considering the Lightning have won four matchups by more than 22 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, after some red-hot attacks on offense in their last four games, Creekside Christian Academy finally came back down to earth on Friday. They took a blow against Mt. Bethel Christian Academy, falling 41-13. It was the first time this season that the Cougars let down their fans at home.

Although Creekside Christian Academy took the loss, they still got scores from Zion Murray and Ian Terrell.

Lanier Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Creekside Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-2.
