Softball Recap: Weld Central Falls Short of University in the Playoffs

Weld Central and University squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Weld Central had to settle for second. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 12-0. The Rebels haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Weld Central's defeat dropped their record down to 10-16. As for University, the win was the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-2.

As of now, neither Weld Central nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
