De Soto won the last time they faced Turner and things went their way on Friday too. The Wildcats simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Golden Bears 51-6. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 31-0.

De Soto has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 18 points this season. As for Turner, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. De Soto is set to square off against their familiar foe Piper at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Turner will challenge rival Leavenworth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
