Truckee proved they can win big on Friday (they won by four) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Churchill County Greenwave, sneaking past 3-2. The victory was nothing new for Truckee as they're now sitting on three straight.

Macee Abraham and Dreya Oberacker scored all three of Truckee's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Truckee's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Churchill County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Truckee is taking a road trip to square off against Elko at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Churchill County, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Incline at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
