Basketball Recap: Lilliana Faumuina's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Redwood Christian over Convent of the Sacred Heart + How To Watch

Redwood Christian lost against Convent of the Sacred Heart back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles took a 31-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cubs.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Lilliana Faumuina, who posted six points and 15 boards. Another player making a difference was Breanna Garcia, who earned four points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

Redwood Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Convent of the Sacred Heart, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Redwood Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-33 defeat against Berean Christian on the 13th. As for Convent of the Sacred Heart, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 39-20 victory against Richmond on the 13th.
