Soccer Recap: Windsor Forest Takes a Loss

Windsor Forest fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Calvary Day on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Calvary Day Cavaliers by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty six goals in the game before, the Knights couldn't push the score so high this time.

Windsor Forest now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Calvary Day, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-2.

Coming up, Windsor Forest will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Long County at 7:00 p.m. As for Calvary Day, they will head out on the road to challenge Johnson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Calvary Day's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
