Basketball Game Preview: Oroville Tigers vs. Winters Warriors

The Oroville Tigers will venture away from home to challenge the Winters Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Last Friday, Oroville came up short against Gridley and fell 58-47.

Meanwhile, Winters also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Colusa by a score of 43-32.

Oroville has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-18 record this season. As for Winters, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.

Oroville took their win against Winters in their previous meeting back in February of 2022 by a conclusive 35-13. The rematch might be a little tougher for Oroville since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
