Baseball Recap: West Hall Falls Short of Peach County in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact West Hall can now relate to. They lost 13-3 to the Peach County Trojans on Friday. The Spartans just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Drew Svetz made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

West Hall's loss dropped their record down to 10-20. As for Peach County, the victory was the 25th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 30-2.

While West Hall had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
