Soccer Game Preview: Dodge County vs. West Laurens

Dodge County hasn't had much luck against West Laurens recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Dodge County Indians will venture away from home to take on the West Laurens Raiders at 7:30 p.m.

Dodge County fell victim to Fitzgerald and their airtight defense on Thursday. They lost 5-0 to the Purple Hurricane. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, West Laurens won against Westside on Tuesday with ten goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Thursday. West Laurens was the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over Howard. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

West Laurens' win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Dodge County, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Dodge County might still be hurting after the 4-1 loss they got from West Laurens in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Can Dodge County avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
