Clarion Area came into Tuesday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They were the clear victor by a 51-28 margin over the Union Knights/Damsels on Tuesday. The Bobcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Union still got an impressive performance from Maddy Dehart, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds. Dehart is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: she's pulled down at least eight every time she's taken the court this season.

Clarion Area's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5. As for Union, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Clarion Area wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 56-38 defeat against Punxsutawney on the 19th. As for Union, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 39-32 loss against Cameron County on the 21st.
