Softball Recap: Bryan County Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

The Bryan County Redskins got the win against the Bulloch Academy Gators on Wednesday by a conclusive 17-2. With that win, the Redskins brought their scoring average up to 6.7 runs per game.

Elizabeth Harvey and Eris Deal did most of the damage at the plate: Harvey got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base, while Deal went a perfect 4-for-4 with four RBI. Camryn Parker was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs and two RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Bryan County kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in four consecutive games.
