Miller Grove and Columbia's contest on Monday was close at halftime, but Miller Grove turned on the heat in the second half with four goals. The Miller Grove Wolverines were the clear victor by a 7-3 margin over the Columbia Eagles. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wolverines as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Miller Grove's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Columbia, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Miller Grove will face off against Salem at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Columbia will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on South Atlanta at 7:15 p.m. on March 25th.
