Tesoro waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They claimed a resounding 75-29 win over the Mission Viejo Diablos. The Titans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 22 points or more this season.

Mission Viejo's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Sofia Gozzo, who posted nine points in addition to six boards and three steals, and Savanna Whitesides, who put up six points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maria Isabella Valencia, who had four points and six rebounds.

Tesoro's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-6. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.6 points. As for Mission Viejo, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

Tesoro and Mission Viejo could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Tesoro (ranked 382nd) will meet Beckman (ranked 75th) at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Mission Viejo (ranked 992nd) will meet El Toro (ranked 339th) at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
