Basketball Recap: Erie Royals vs. Harbor Creek Huskies
The Erie Royals waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins but they left with three. They came out on top against Harbor Creek by a score of 60-47. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Erie also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Erie to victory, but perhaps none more so than Arianah Reap, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 19 rebounds. Reap is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight. Another player making a difference was Aubrey Neavins, who scored 17 points along with six rebounds.
Erie is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Harbor Creek, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
Erie does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Harbor Creek will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Ramblers at 7:30 p.m.
