Rocori had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers with a sharp 14-4 win. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by seven runs or more this season.

Rocori's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rocori will welcome Sauk Rapids-Rice at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Storm have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.8 runs per game on average), something the Spartans will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Minnewaska Area at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
