Recap: Colton Yellowjackets vs. Aquinas Falcons
The Colton Yellowjackets's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 75-24 loss at the hands of Aquinas. Colton was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-15.
Aquinas' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Perrine Allou, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds. Juliette Gaytan was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Colton's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Aquinas, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.
Colton will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Indian Springs at 6:00 p.m. As for Aquinas, they will square off against Yucca Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
