Basketball Recap: Aliso Niguel Takes a Loss

Aliso Niguel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 51-25 to the Huntington Beach Oilers. The game marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Aliso Niguel's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Huntington Beach, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Aliso Niguel will head out to challenge Poway at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Huntington Beach, they will take on Newport Harbor at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
