Baseball Recap: Lynnfield Comes Up Short

Lynnfield blew Amesbury out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Sunday Amesbury got their revenge. The Pioneers fell just short of the Redhawks by a score of 6-4.

Lynnfield's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Amesbury, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Coming up, Lynnfield will face off against Burlington at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Amesbury, they will venture away from home to square off against Georgetown at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
