If St. Francis wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Notre Dame (SO), they should've done a better job of containing Wyatt Brown. The Knights breezed past the Golden Knights to the tune of 49-12 on Friday with plenty of help from Brown, who rushed for 157 yards and three scores, and also threw for 74 yards and one touchdown on perfect 5-for-5 passing. Brown is crushing it when it comes to rushing touchdowns: he's punched in at least two every time he's taken the field this season.

Troy Trejo was another key player, rushing for 67 yards and one TD. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 67 yards.

Despite the loss, St. Francis still got an impressive performance from Elijah Wilson, who rushed for 132 yards and one score.

Notre Dame (SO) now has a winning record of 2-1. As for St. Francis, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Notre Dame (SO) will host Servite at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Francis, they will welcome Muir at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
