            North Iowa is 2-8 against Forest City since May of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Monday. The Bison will look to defend their home field  against the Indians  at 6:00  p.m.
North Iowa is headed into Monday's   match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game  on Thursday. They came up short against  Garner-Hayfield/Ventura, falling  10-0. That's two games in a row now that the Bison have lost by  exactly ten  runs.
 Meanwhile, Forest City hadn't done well against North Union recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Friday. The Indians came out on top against the Warriors by a score of  7-4.
 Forest City is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record  this season. Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for North Iowa, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8.
