Softball Recap: Blue Springs South Victorious

The Blue Springs South Jaguars came out on top against the Edmond Memorial Bulldogs on Saturday by a score of 3-2 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game).

Emma Dragon spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on nine hits and racked up ten Ks.

At the plate, Kamryn Waters was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Hollister, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Blue Springs South now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Edmond Memorial, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5.

Blue Springs South has already played their next game, an 11-2 defeat against Broken Arrow on the 30th. As for Edmond Memorial, they will venture away from home to take on Enid at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
