Football Recap: Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda Takes a Loss

After flying high against Mountain Lake/Mountain Lake Christian last Thursday, Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda came back down to earth. The Coyotes fell just short of the Adrian/Ellsworth Dragons by a score of 16-14 on Friday.

Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Adrian/Ellsworth, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda will challenge rival Hills-Beaver Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Adrian/Ellsworth is set to take on their familiar foe Westbrook-Walnut Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
