Basketball Recap: Temecula Prep Has No Trouble Against Orange Vista + How To Watch

The Temecula Prep Patriots made easy work of the Orange Vista Coyotes on Wednesday and carried off a 43-23 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Patriots.

Temecula Prep found their leader in sophomore Bailey Litt, who shot 50% from the field en route to 22 points in addition to eight boards and five steals. Litt is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 29 games she's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Samiyah Antoine, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 14 rebounds.

Temecula Prep has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Orange Vista, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Temecula Prep is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Linfield Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Orange Vista, they will square off against Liberty at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
