Recap: Shanley Deacons vs. Fargo Davies Eagles
The Shanley Deacons had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past Fargo Davies 31-8. The result was nothing new for Shanley, who have now won eight contests by 21 points or more so far this season.
Despite the defeat, Fargo Davies had strong showings from Zach Lilly, who rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown, and Grant Tschosik, who picked up 89 receiving yards.
The victory for Shanley keeps them at an undefeated 11-0. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 28.4 points. As for Fargo Davies, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.
Shanley will take on Minot at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Minot will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak. Fargo Davies does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
