Baseball Game Preview: Randolph-Clay Red Devils vs. Terrell County Greenwave

Randolph-Clay is 1-9 against Terrell County since March of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Randolph-Clay Red Devils will challenge the Terrell County Greenwave at 3:00 p.m. Randolph-Clay has given up an average of 18.6 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.

Randolph-Clay fell victim to Seminole County and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 24-0 to the Indians. The Red Devils just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Meanwhile, Terrell County came up short against Pataula Charter Academy on Friday, falling 17-2. The Greenwave haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Cordarel Small made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole Two bases. while getting on base in both of his plate appearances.

Terrell County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Randolph-Clay, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Randolph-Clay might still be hurting after the 13-3 defeat they got from Terrell County when the teams last played back in March of 2024. Can Randolph-Clay avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
