Tahlequah waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They walked away with a 3-0 win over the Deer Creek Antlers. This was payback for the Tigers, who suffered a 7-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Deer Creek's batters probably weren't too happy with Alix Kimble, who pitched a no hitter and racked up eight Ks (she gave up two walks).

At the plate, Tahlequah's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Rylee Stark, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Tahlequah's record is now 26-3. As for Deer Creek, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 15 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.

Tahlequah didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 0-0 draw against Jenks on the 26th. As for Deer Creek, they have also already played their next matchup, a 12-3 loss against Jay on the 25th.
