Soccer Recap: Banneker Finishes Even with Mundy's Mill

Banneker can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. Neither they nor the Mundy's Mill Tigers could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Trojans' first draw of the season.

Elvis Amponsah and Emmaunel Aseidu scored all three of Banneker's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

As for Mundy's Mill, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Mundy's Mill challenge Therrell at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. They will be up against Therrell's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.8 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
