Buford got themselves on the board against Dacula on Monday, but Dacula never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Falcons. The result was nothing new for the Wolves, who have now won 12 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Buford has been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 19 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Dacula, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-12.

Buford will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Falcons: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:55 p.m. on Wednesday.
