Soccer Recap: St. Bernard Takes a Loss

St. Bernard lost to Bishop Conaty-Loretto back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings lost 9-0 to the Wildcats. Considering the last time St. Bernard couldn't score was back in December of 2025, the team can't take the result too hard.

St. Bernard's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Bishop Conaty-Loretto, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Bernard will host Sacred Heart of Jesus at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. St. Bernard will be up against Sacred Heart of Jesus' rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.56 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Bishop Conaty-Loretto, they will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against Mary Star of the Sea at 1:00 p.m.
