It was a good run, but Montrose unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Lake-Lehman Knights and fell 53-20. While losing is never fun, the Meteors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 477th, while the Knights are ranked 147th).

Montrose's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-8. As for Lake-Lehman, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Montrose has already played their next game, a 54-28 loss against Elk Lake on the 21st. Lake-Lehman has also already played their next contest (against Hanover Area), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
