It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Jeff Davis had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Bacon County Raiders with a sharp 7-2 win. Gael Valora was a massive factor in the win as he booted in five goals all by himself.

The victory made it two in a row for Jeff Davis and bumps their season record up to 12-6. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those two games. As for Bacon County, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-11.
