Recap: Kennedy Thunderbirds vs. Wasco Tigers
The Kennedy Thunderbirds were the 57-32 winner over the Wasco Tigers when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Kennedy fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 42-39.

Camila Almanza was nothing short of spectacular for Wasco: she went 6 for 14 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points and 1 assist.
Kennedy has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season. As for Wasco, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-18.
Kennedy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against the Bulldogs at 9:00 a.m. on January 27th. As for Wasco, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Titans at 6:30 p.m. Hopefully Chavez focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten on Friday.
