            Softball Recap: Poudre Impalas vs. Rangeview Raiders        
        
		
        
        
            Poudre's game  on Thursday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Friday. They came out on top against the Rangeview Raiders by a score of  13-10. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Impalas considering their two-run performance the  match before.
 Kennedy Stegeman was a standout: she got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with two  runs, two  RBI,  and one  double. Those  two  runs gave  her a new career-high.  Myah Gilmore was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with two  triples, one  run,  and one  RBI.
 Poudre was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .448. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Rangeview only posted a  batting average of  .227.
The  victory  got Poudre back to even at 1-1.
 Poudre wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  contest,  a  14-9  defeat against Thornton on the 22nd. As for Rangeview, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  game,  a  17-2  loss against Timnath on the 22nd.
