Softball Recap: North Platte Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

North Platte fell victim to Savannah and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Savages, falling 10-0. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Panthers, who until this match were averaging 3.5 runs allowed.

North Platte's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-2. As for Savannah, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-3.

Looking ahead, North Platte will challenge Platte County at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Savannah, they will square off against North Andrew at 4:30 p.m. on the 30th.
