Softball Recap: Noble Comes Up Short

If Noble was riding high fresh off their 12-1 takedown of Bishop McGuinness on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bears lost 14-3 to the Bridge Creek Bobcats on Saturday. The Bears have struggled against the Bobcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Noble's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Bridge Creek, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Noble will head out to challenge MacArthur at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bridge Creek, they will be playing at home against Chickasha at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The matchup will give the Bobcats their first taste of in-conference action this season.
