Softball Game Preview: Ridge View Raptors vs. Lawton-Bronson Eagles

Ridge View has gone 8-2 against Lawton-Bronson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Raptors are taking a road trip to square off against the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Ridge View has given up an average of 7.9 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Ridge View came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Newell-Fonda, falling 13-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Raptors in their meetings with the Mustangs: they've now lost seven in a row.

Meanwhile, Lawton-Bronson got the win against Kingsley-Pierson on Monday by a conclusive 10-2.

Lawton-Bronson is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-9 record this season. As for Ridge View, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
