Basketball Recap: Technology Drops Season-High Score on Roseland Collegiate Prep

Technology scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 28-23 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roseland Collegiate Prep Grizzlies. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Grizzlies recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

When it comes to explaining why Technology lost, don't look at Samiksha Shrestha. Despite the final result, she posted ten points and five rebounds. Those five rebounds gave Shrestha a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Abigail Willson, who earned five points.

Technology's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Roseland Collegiate Prep, they moved to 1-7 with that win, which also ended their 16-game losing streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Technology will welcome Sonoma Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Roseland Collegiate Prep, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Calistoga at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Roseland Collegiate Prep is facing Calistoga at the right time seeing as Calistoga is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
